Energy Healing
For me, Energy healing is listening to what is, and working with it to create something more beneficial for the world (and for the client!). The Shaman is a catalyst for change, going into the sub-consciousness of their clients and changing something for them that they cannot change for themselves.
This type of healing helps to activate the body’s subtle energy systems to remove emotional blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.
Consultation process and healing session
Free 20 min telephone consultation
During the telephone consultation I will concentrate in finding information on what it needs to be treated and whether healing would be the right approach. Clients can also ask any questions or express any concerns before booking the first session.
During the session
I will meet with you (or have a video call conversation) and discuss your intentions and expectations for healing. Then, you relax on a massage table (or on your bed at home during a distance healing session), fully clothed, and experience the healing work. I work on an energetic, vibrational representation of your body, organs, and cells (a “hologram”). This means it is a non-touch therapy, but many people experience meditative states, peaceful sleep, or awareness of the work during the session. Afterward, you will talk with me about what came up during the session and ways to maintain the healing.
Sessions are 90min, 100min or 120min: The healing session itself last about 60min, 70min or 90min with 15 minutes at the beginning to review health history, answer questions, and set intentions, and 15 minutes at the end to discuss the experience.
The sessions can focus on relaxation, chakra energy balancing, removing emotional blockages, or any other area that needs attention.
A shorter 75min session, only available for ongoing clients.
